The FA Cup Fourth Round Draw has been made and the replay’s to finalise the draw have been played, some of these replay’s featured upset’s including two non-league teams making it past league opposition.
Sutton United overcame League One AFC Wimbledon after scoring three goals in the final 15 minutes to set up a mouth-watering tie at home to 1972 winners Leeds United.
After going 1-0 up through Tom Elliott’s header, Wimbledon were reduced to 10 men after Paul Robinson was shown a red card for a foul on Matt Tubbs meaning the Dons would have to play with a man down for 75 minutes.
But goals from Roarie Deacon, Maxime Biamou and Dean Fitchett ensured the National League side’s place in round four.
Sutton were not the only National League side to beat league opposition though as Lincoln City edged past Championship side Ipswich thanks to Nathan Arnold’s 90th minute winner.
Danny Cowley’s side, who have now knocked out two Football League teams to reach the Fourth Round won to set up a tie against another Championship team in Brighton & Hove Albion.
Elsewhere there were wins for League Two Blackpool away at Championship Barnsley after extra time in a replay at Oakwell setting up an away tie with Blackburn Rovers. Liverpool overcame a stern test in the form of League Two Plymouth Argyle, drawing 0-0 at Anfield before Lucas Leiva scored the only goal of the game at Home Park for the Reds to win 1-0 in the replay.
Derby County beat West Brom at the Hawthorns to set up a local derby with reigning Premier league Champions Leicester City and League One Millwall beat Bournemouth to set up a London derby against another Premier League side in the form of Watford.
Reigning Champions Manchester United entertain Wigan Athletic, Tottenham Hotspur host League Two Wycombe Wanderers and Middlesbrough are drawn at home to Accrington Stanley.
